Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Just a quicky. I have reassembled my auto free wheeling hubs after having them on the bench in bits for 6 months. I think I may have got something wrong though as they click quite a bit. Does anyone have an exploded diagram of them they can post up please. There is one washer in there I am unsure of where it went. The diagram I have in a manual is for another type of auto hub! It also says you can put the hub in the lock position to disassemble. How do you do this. I assume you turn the bolt in the end but any text that may have been there before has long since gone!
