Aussie Desert Cooler put a custom 3 core in my sierra radiator...
Or you can fit a radiator from a sigma all you need is get the inlet and outlet modded slightly and replace the thermostat housing in the engine with one that faces forward......work well...

I take it you are suffering from overheating , there is no reason why a zuk motor should over heat with the original fan , radiator and shroud. Are you still running these or don't they fit anymore , if you can keep it standard with regards to cooling , Cheers Paul.

No overheating just looking at other options as all my rads are stufffed
plus going with a thermo set up as after my engine swap used different
pulleys and being that my rig is originally a 1.0ltr now a 1.3 engine sits
a little closer than use to. No orig fan or shroud as won't fit anymore!
Fan spacer was cut down on previous 1.3 but new motor's water pump
pulley has different bolt spacing so won't fit plus new alternator pulley has
same belts as water pump (of course). Hence the thermo set up!

I have run a 82 ish honda accord radiator , the model before the pop up lights . Outlets are the same size and in the same place . It has a temp switch in the bottom of it you can use for fans . It kept my ca18de cool
Unfortunately they are no thicker just bigger and fit into a 413 on new mounts , in the standard place .

Ive got a 1.3 radiator keeping a 1.6 cool in my 1.0 sierra and with a standard 1.3lt fan shroud and a direct driven fan (no viscous coupling) it will stay cool all day long at any speed!

Mines original 1.0litre, since fitted with 1.3 with a stock 1.3 radiator
I used swift pulleys and pump, thus no fan available.
I got a good club mate to make up an adaptor, for stock 1.3 fan, then just trimmed fan spacer to suit.
They do make various thicknesses of fan spacers, too.
custom 3 cores are probably best answer.

I had a three-core Toyota Hiace one in a Sierra I wrecked out a while ago. The inlets & outlets were in the right position, and all it needed to mount was adapters made out of scrap angle from the original mounts.
If a three-core doesn't keep you cool, nothing will.
