Safari front mounted intercooler in 95 Hilux - fitting

Hello All,
I am attempting to install a front mounted Safari intercooler to my 1995 diesel Hilux and I thought I would seek the advice of those who had installed one before I start cutting on the truck.
It seems that, in addition to moving the AC dryer a bit and the hard AC lines, I need to cut the square hole on the left of the radiator support out much larger (a couple inches) in the 3 to 6 o'clock area. Is this right? Does anyone have a picture of how they took theirs through the panel? I contacted Safari, and they claimed not to even have the instructions for installing this intercooler anymore.
My truck is a left hand drive, so things may be a bit backwards from some of your trucks, but in mine it would seem that I need to push the washer bottle over a bit to make room for a hose and then it's smooth sailing....
Last question... the support bracket that holds the hood latch... once I reattach this in the top center to the intercooler, is there any need to put the bracket back?
Many thanks,
Tom
