Does ARB or any other Aus company make a winch bar for a 95 LS (NJ I Believe in Aus)? Tried sourcing one in the US and all I keep coming up with is brush guards or bullbars w/o a winch point. I don't really mind disconnecting the airbag if that is neccessary....

Yep ARB and TJM make models to suit. I would go the ARB one as it looks a lot neater. The ARB part number is 3434030. Its a deluxe winch bar to suit GLS pajero 1991 - 1997. Our price in Australia is $831.00AU
