We are a T Max supplier. There warranty policy is pretty good. Take it back where you brought it from!

I've had mine for a while now and it's been sweet, I agree don't let it sit there and hit them up for warranty.

used it on the thursday to pull out of a bogg got half way through winching up a hill on the saterday went to move the cable further up the hill and it wouldnt work again(had to tap the cover with the back off a shifter to get it woking and just did one last pull to the top)and it hasnt worked since and they where the only 2 times i used the winch since buying it 3 weeks earlier.now the spool wont spin, wont even free spool(still about 10 mtrs off cabble hanginy out of it)looks like they r going to replace it but first they gave me a new soliniod unit to try first and it didnt work.
