cracked body mounts

I took my bullbar of my hilux a couple of weeks back now an noticed the front two body mounts have cracked.i thought it might of been the bullbar some how stressin that area but seeing as its not really conected to the body an just the front crossmember i wasn't to sure...the bloke i bought if of also ran a winch...also there is some panel damage on the ODS front panel...
Anyhoo i welded the cracks up an put a nice light tube bar on there and everything was lookin good!then i noticed today that the ODS side has cracked again but not around the welds but still on the body mount... WTF is going on? is there more load on that side than i know of? do you think the bloke before me done some seious damage
I'm gonna reweld it but should i look into gettin a new mount made?
