when i looked into it for the front of my disco i was going to run 1125mm upper 1400 lowers parallel to each other but after driving a rangie with a safari 3 link i changed my mind as it was scary at speed

what sort of driving will you be doing?
why not and another link and go 5 link front.
better handling than 3 link +panhard.

do a search im sure i read a how type thread about 5 links on here.

U get crazy flex and no binding with a 3 link but it is alot of stress on that single arm

I would have thought that you would lose clearance on the front with a 1 link.

best thing to do is get a basic design then set it up on the car with string for the link and see if it is going to bind up \ foul anywhere before you cut and thread the link material

Will a single radius arm, link on the other side and a panhard work?

My front 3 links are the same size and the back 3 are also the same length , The front top link is in the middle of the diff and bends to miss the sump. My front top rear link mount is also the gearbox cross member and you will have to make this really strong and beefy to handle the load , I have no issues with steering and it drives fine at 100 km/hr. I used nissan patrol bushes in the links. The links are 32 mm schedule 160 tapped 24mm , Cheers Paul.
