Simex M/T's info
Ok I've done a search and can't find what I'm after. There is nothing on the simex site that I found on these tyres at all. I'm talking about the M/T's not the extreme trekkers or jungle trekkers. Just want to find actual diameter and that sort of thing as I know that simex usually undersize there tyres. I can't even find a pic of one looks like. Anyone help?

I had a set and I was really undecided about them. Im fairly sure the measured very close to the 31". Also I think simex tend to measure bigger than what they are. As far as the tyre goes, It was pretty loud on road and didn't really bite in the loose soil stuff. On rocks they seemed a little better and liked lower tyre pressures. In sand They needed really low pressure and still dug in alot. Im running Nankang mudsters now and love them. They are still loud on the road and dont handle that well in the wet (especially under heavy braking). The Nankangs however are great off road, got my MK patrol further than I thought possible a few times. I paid $190 a tyre for the 33" muddies but I works out closer to 32", the 31" is even cheaper. Give them a look if your in the market.
I run the Simex Centipede MT as my road tyres on my Sierra. They are a reasonable tyre, and I've never had an issue with them on road, and have succesfully used them offroad a number of times. They are a tad noisy, but nothing compared to my Silverstone Extremes. They measure about 30.5" (for the 31").
With respect to finding info: of my 4 tyres, the newest one is actually named a "Sime Tyre Centipede MT", Not a Simex. Besided this and the different shape of the little moulded centipede they are the same tyre. I think I payed about $180 for one tyre.

Wheeling on completely wicked angles, without even looking stable.
