Can I change swivel bearings without removing the hubs/stub?

I need to replace the swivel hub bearings in my GQ. To save time, is it possible to remove the swivel by undoing the 4 bolts top and bottom but leave the wheel hub and stub axle in place that is, pull the entire hub and swivel assembly and axle straight off without dissassemling anything else?

You can but getting the outer race of the bearing might be a bit hard as you usually tap it out from inside the hub.

Might as well do it properly & put seals in it and regrease your CV's while your at it.
