We have fitted quite allot, yes they are worth it. Never had a warranty issue with them.

i fitted one to my Patrol, so did a mate, yes they are worth the dollars, but from memory you should be able to get one for around the k mark, i had issues with mine when i first fitted it and Steinbauer air-bagged a new one up over night.........ended up not even being the chip.Cant fault their service.

Have fitted 3 or 4 of these, they work very well. The price you got quoted sounds pretty reasonable.

Yep - there are a few that work well.

Consider also DP Chip and Diesel Power.

Diesel Power is cheapest at about $950 delivered. All do about the same. Can help with all.

Fitted heaps to hiluxs and current model rodeos they are the best thing you can do to any of these engines....

They are pretty easy to fit just have to remove the intercooler and run a wire inside and thats bout it.. you will need a multimeter to find the right wire on the go pedal... But be careful if you pick the wrong one it can blow the ECU up $$$$$$$ most of the ones i have done have been blue/white trace wire

Also doing 2 x V8 turbo cruiser (1 with a full zorst system very soon so that will be interesting to see what that produces

Those prices are bout right.... $1400 fitted is what we do for most hiluxs..
