It has been included into my engineers certificate. He can sign this off when he does your tyres.

do 2" suspension and 2" body guard chop n flares with most landy's n you can run 35's n you wont attract too much attention compared with the silly lookn nissans n toyotas with thier sky high suspension n body roll my m8 has been doin so with his rangy for years without engineers cert i'm gunna do the same got 2" suspension getn guards chopped next week then body blocks n 35's maxy's to be fitted aswell n they will work EVERYBIT aswell as the others because the tracks that have the obligatory nissan n toyota wheel base ruts in most tracks the 100" wheel base works a treat

Chopped guards are not an issue, just make sure you provide enough width to cover the tyres and no obvious sharp edges.

well, ordered my flares from lra, got all set to chop out my guards, opened the box containing the guards and only had 3 in it. lot of use that. but since i had the day planned, i went out and trimmed abit so i could get to running my 33's. heres a couple of pics. Image
