interchangeable heads 3l to 5l

Hi may be a stpid question but able "3L" and "5L" heads interchange able thanks

Only remotely possible if the increased capacity is only through stroke, not bore. Then maybe.. but I think it's most likely the bore was increased.

The STROKE is the same in 3L & 5L, the BORE is slightly bigger and the valves are different in the 5L.
