on the note of bolt tensions.
whats with most of the bolts having a range not a set figure?
do people normally centre the range? or go to the lower then the higher?

i always go centre for the second tighten just incase my wrench is out by a few (it only cost 100 bucks)
turbos are nice but i'd rather be blown
