Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I bought a set of 1" lft blocks from ebay, and have found that they dont sit inside the cups on my chassis. Is this normal? are there cups on all 60 series chassis, and if are there different diameters? The blocks are 60mm in diameter, but the cups on my chassis are approx. 45mm in dia. anyone else have this issue??
