Scumbags broke my window! and stole UHF! Wollongong Tafe

Post by mike_nofx »

While at Tafe tonight, security guard walks into my classroom and asks who owns a Blue Landcruiser...

Cause some bastard smashed my passenger window and stold my new UHF!

There were a few other valuables in the car (including a $1500 DVD player) all un-touched. they didnt even open the glove box.

It was all done without opening a door, alarm didnt go off.

Radio was a GME TX3220 only a few weeks old. Only cost me $280 with an aerial, what could the scumbag possibly get 2nd hand for it $150? Really worth risking jail time.

Apparently mine was the 4th or 5th car in a week or something?
Its a long shot, but If anyone hears any info could they please let me know.

I will call coppers tomorrow morn (another very long shot)

Bit of advice for people attening Gong tafe, Dont Park up the back car park that backs onto Highway!!

Worst part now is trying to get a replacement window!

Anyway... had to winge to someone.

borrow a mates UHF and scan for people talking about a new radio they just got, or, put the word out yours was stolen - you never know, but the UHF crowd are a pretty close knit bunch (at least in perth anyway).
