Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I have an 80 series and am geting a tube bar made.

Only problem is that the cylinder can like looking thing that has two pipes going to it and a sight glass on top is in the way. (it's something to do with the air-con)

How hard is it to move this and can it be mounted on it's side or does it have to stay upright.

have never looked at a 80's a/c system but it sounds like a liquid receiver. It will has to be mounted upright for it to work. how far do you want to move it? If you only need to move it a bit just undo any clips and bend the pipes so it is out of the way. if you need to move it completly i would say it is going to be a PITA, unless you know someone in the a/c game.
