Yeah I use them. Can't coment on Oz costs as I'm in NZ, but here they work out alot cheaper than external and they lock both beads. I'm running 35x11.5 ET and go down to 10psi regulary without dramas and it is a comp truck with 280rwkw.

I run the staun internals on 37's and i have run externals as well.
The internals do tend to get dirt in the bead still when forcing the tires hard up against walls and banks, this then leads them to leak, unlike "good quality externals" which should not leak.
I have had internals deflate in a less than 1/2 hour from dirt and debri forced in the beads.
The other downfall is they are only as good as the rubber tube , one of our rollovers popped 2 internals.
If the tires are driven on the street i would still recommend them over externals, comp only use externals in my opinion with the inner rim reinforced.
