Get some Bilstein front struts with a few extra circlip rings machined in the strut body for the spring platform to allow you to raise or lower it. If you have any accessories get some heavy duty front coils. You can also fit a snake racing front diff drop to save your cv joints. In the rear get some raised leaves or airbags, greasable shackles and decent shocks.
With that suspension you should be able to fit 285s on it, we run 265s with heaps of room to spare.

I run 3 inch lift with Fox Foam cell shocks and Dobinson coils.....works fantastic and run 285/75x16 Maxxis Buckkshots which are a "wide" 285.
Just under 2 grand for the install.
in regards to tyre sizes with this lift, if you want to run 33's, be careful with the wheel offset as offset is everything unless you want to trim heaps.
some people just dont like to trim.
up to you.
heres mine-
will be going a tad higher and probably 305's next.......will be abit of work, but Ill mak'em fit.
