NL Pajero

Hey Guys,
I think i've found the one...maybe, i have done a bit of a search but can't seem to find any specifics about any of the pajero's regarding issues and things to look out for when buying.
I've found a 1999 NL Escape model with 165,000Km's, manual, few scratches but nothing bad, most tools still in the tool kit, everything seems to work too.
Now the bad bit(s) are there is an oil leak although not really sure where its coming from but there is some oil which has been sprayed onto the front of the gearbox. Do any of you guys know what it could be? It's from a dealer so they will be fixing it before i pay anything for it...also is the hand throttle supposed to stay on wen you pull it out? As in if you pull it out do you need to hold it or should it stay? The one i found you have to hold it. And the last possible issue is the drivers side window, it seems to be struggling a little, not much but just a little while going up and down. Is this an easy fix or will it cost $$$?
I will be getting an inspection done before i get it too, but what should i be specifically looking for? Last question how much do you think it's worth? I think i can get it at a reasonably good price but would be interested in what you guys think.
Cheers,
Shaun
