Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I've been reminded that I posted this is the wrong section so............. I'm looking for an auto electrician who takes pride in his work to install some roof mounted lights, recessed into the wind deflector on my roofrack. It weill involve cutting the openings and installing the lights, probably four. He would need to be northside of Brisbane or Sunshine Coast, and need to understand that the job has to look good as well as be functional.

Any ideas?
