Am in the middle of fitting a dropped crossmember to my mates 4runner and am up to the fitting stage of it.... BUT.....
Seems as though the radiator is sitting too low??? Does this require modification as well???
I looked thru the search but don't have time to sit here for hours going thru them all.

Front chassis cross member? can't see how this would affect the radiator position? Where does the viscous fan sit in relation to the radiator cooling fins?

Radiator is hung from the bodywork.
Are you sure your crossmember is far enough forwards? My lux has a radiator that currently hangs 100mm below the chassis, and its at least 20mm from the crossmember!

Ok, the radiator is currently sitting approx 20mm lower than the chassis, but the new dropped crossmember sits flush with the underside of the chassis which now gives the problem of
a- lift the radiator, or
b- drop the hanger another 20-25mm to clear the radiator(which we really don't want to do.)
c- find a different model radiator to bolt n that fits???
Here's some pics to make it clearer.
In these two pics, you can see how much it needs to go back to be flush with the front of the chassis and so that the mounts are in the same position as the original mounts, just lower.

well of course if your dropped member was the same size as the factory one....
you can probably lift the radiator up a bit to clear it, but you would have to allow another 10mm for body movement.
Body lift at the same time perhaps?

i think you will find they are built to go with a body lift .
if you do a 2 inch body lift it will clear by miles

Ok, so we've done some mods and lifted the radiator about 25mm. It clears the crossmember by about 8-10mm, but we've had to cut the top of the shroud off to eliminate it hitting on the bonnet. Also took about 15mm off the inside edge of the shroud to allow where the fan will now sit in relation to the radiator.
Will take some pics and add them in soon.
