NJ engines

Is it possible to purchase a 3 litre long motor for an NJ?
I was looking about 6 months ago for the one i had, and there were 2 companies in QLD that offered them for around the $3000 mark. Not sure what you would get in tassie, or if you could get one sent across. it couldn't be that hard to get one, surely.
