Outer Limits 4x4 Board

just started to mod the exhaust on my mq sd33t
now wat im wondering is it sound good now but also the turbo whistle starts real early just over iddle
does that mean the turbo is working that low down
or does it still whistle before its actually doin something

Turbos only usually whistle while speeding up to operating speed or slowing down.
A whistle just over idle (on increasing revs) is normal.
