Melbourne ( Toolangi State Forest ) Drive

Post by MightyMouse »

Well I'll have another go....

Anyone want to do a day drive in Toolangi on the 20 or 21st ?

Get in before the area dries out and gets dusty.... or the pipeline protesters or security guards barricade it off.

Area ranges from easyish ( taking the bypasses ) to medium and things can be adjusted to suit the capabilities of the vehicles ( and drivers )

PM me and we'll arrange something. There just has to be another Daihatsu in the Melbourne area that uses that funny little extra gearstick. ;) .

If you've never been out before - don't be shy, you will learn a lot about your vehicle and probably surprise yourself. If you get stuck - no harm done - thats why we go as a group

Bugger. I'd be pretty keen but I've lent the Roza to a mate for a couple of weeks. I've been a member on here for about 4 years but haven't been here or posted in ages.

It's about time the Roza got some love and attention and got muddy again so if you're going again soon I'd love to come. I also live just down the road from you in East Malvern.

I need to pull out the fan and re fill the silicon fluid to stop her from overheating but otherwise she still goes alright.

cheers,

Nick
