i think you have 2 options powauto greens road dandenong south (id be leaning hard against the bench when they tell you the price)
or id go and find a really good startermotor reconditioner and see what they can do for you

ive never owned one but looked at a few closely when i was thinkin about setting up a pto/electric winch

i'd get it re-bound. they are simular bindings to a chev startor motor

Are you sure its a Hi-mount. Or is it just that the elec motor is mounted above the worm drive?

looks like a high mount although motor is mounted at 90 deg to the drum and runs through a gear drive setup unlike the warn set ups (high mount or low mount) parralell or inline with drum

found it in a mates paddock on an old tray truck stripped it down and every thing else seems fine but the motor shorts with power connected bit of corrosion in there but may clean up

But it will out pull most other standard winches.
I had one for about twenty years, put it on 4 different cruisers, it never missed a beat.
stupidly left it on the last troopy.
