I have set of 4 on my Triton 4wd. They seem to work fine and are larger diameter than Fireflex I used to have.
Only done a few 100's kms so no long term experience.
Mine are white gas pressure & I paid $69.95 and a week or so later found they were 20% off. Thats life!

Yep, they were gas & from supercheap.
If I was going for long term shocks again I would shell out for some Konis. Having said that I do not know their current price but they are adjustable & VERY durable & can be reconditioned.

With all the $$$$ spent on mods, why scrimp on shocks? Just curious as I need new ones too and was looking at the RS5000 rancho's $135AUD each from the local guys or $259US for 4 including freight.

The Gabriel Blue Ryders are 41mm bore and having checked out the others from ARB, TJM, Pedders, Monroe Magnums and other re-badged ones from 4wd shops the Gabriel came out the best value for (my) money and a strong gas pressure (good for my worn leafs).

The buy 3 and the 4th for free late last year deal from Super Cheap Auto - $99.50 each (QLD). None of the other dealers could/would match that anyway.

So far v good performance but its best to replace the shocks every 50,000 anyway to maintain efficency. Couldn't see buying (as advertised) upwards of $210 each for a Mexican brand shockie with less than average size and performance compared the the Gabriel.

The Gabriel's are USA made. Next time the Rancho 5000 at ~$125 delivered but they are foam not gas. But that's some years away!

Later.
