Outer Limits 4x4 Board

G'day all,
I have an occasional problem with the cruise control on my NL manual. When I engage it, it sometimes doesn't come on. Hook the right foot under the brake pedal and pull it up and it operates OK.

The pedal feeplay before the brake lights come on is about 10 mm, so I think that is OK. Is there another limit switch which de-activates the cruise control? If so, where is it and how do you adjust it?

Pretty sure they use the brake light as a switch, once my old man blew the fuse in the break lights and the cruise control didnt dis-engage when using the brakes!
