It used to happen to me but it wasnt my foot. If i was pointing up hill and stopped on a bad line the muscle in the back of my thigh on my clutch side used to twitch real bad while holding the clutch in but i havent noticed it for a while. Maybe i dont drive bad lines anymore

i think mine is my clutch foot and when i have my foot on the brake.

I am not 100% sure which foot it is but it hasnt happened for a while. Maybe i dont take bad lines any more too.

This also prob explains why Guts's leg shakes because its allways attached to something ugly

Its an affect of adreneline, part of the fight or flight response.......

Yep, get that big time some times. I think mine is a bit more pronounced because of a head injury I suffered a couple of years ago. For a long time after the injury (and just fading away slowly now) my right leg would bounce and tremor if I was sitting, resting my leg on the front part of my foot.
It is actually quite nice to know you guys get it 4wd'ing too! Its a slightly different feeling.
The occurance I recall was on that big Outerlimits trip in the Watagans at the end of January. It was fairly late in the night, I was reasonably tired (head injury really plays up when I'm tired) and I had an attempt at bugger rock. I put the front wheels up on the rock, and was happy to get snatched from there, so hit the anchors. The handbrake wasn't holding real well that night, so I tried to stay hard on the brake with my right foot. While waiting for the snatch, my leg really started to bounce. Not a good feeling when you are hanging by the steering wheel, staring at the night sky above, with a bumpy drop behind you!
Jason, are you serious about the calcium and mag?
The adreneline thing sounds reasonable. One of those times you want to scold your body with "You're not helping!".

Yes, it helps mediate muscle tension, reducing cramps and spasms.

yeah I get the shaky leg syndrome. It has reduced somewhat since I got the patrol.
Its would be a reaction of adrenalin.
