Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Can anyone tell me how much grease needs to be in the spindle needle roller area on a GQ. Im talking about the area between the Birfield joint and the needle roller bearing in the spindle which contains a brass washer. None of the manuals seem to cover this at all.

just cover with grease and work it through the bearings, cover the spinde and thrust washer also. All the extra grease will squeeze out on assembly.
