dual battery trays

Hi guys, im in the market for a second battery tray for my 75series ute and im wondering the best place to buy one eg. 4wd shop, battery joint? and also whats the best one the dual tray or another single tray? your opions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have an arb style dual tray. relatively easy to fit, carries two of the standard sized batteries. If you were keen go in and have a look at one then decide if you could fabricate one yourself, they're pretty simple in design but a bit exxy. It's just a matter whether your time or your money is worth more to you

Yeah i was lookin at the arb dual tray, they seemd to be the go.. looked sturdy and $180 seemed reasonably priced comparitivly

we retail the parana trays for $160, they are good quality and in a cruiser pretty simple to fit

the arb tray is good but needs an extra mount in the middle of te 2 batteries to the side gaurd.
I would not recomend pirana trays, every vehicle I have worked on that has had a pirana tray has had stress cracks through the panels from the battery tray flexing.

not sure of the 75 but my 80 has the fibreglass ones my second one i purchased from Fibreglass Replacement Parts for $90 ph38831301 at redcliffe.free stubbie cooler too sweeet.

will always be cheaper to have one made. even if you get someone you know to fab one up, cheap as chips
