The topic pretty much says what I'm after. Not the housings but since my MQ has what I believe is a H233b rear end and a C200 front can I get the crown and pinion from a GQ and or the diff assembly for the rear and have it fit right up?

No. Even though the GQ uses a H233B 31 splines diff up front (same as MQ rear) it is high pinion-reverse rotation on the GQ so it won't work. What you can use is the LSD from the MQ rear on the GQ front.

and you can use the c200 lsd from a navara rear in the front of an mq

you should be able to use the crown wheel and pinion from the rear of a GQ, fit a 31 spline center to it. And fit it to the rear of your MQ
The early Navaras and Pathfinders run an LSD rear, but all the later model stuff I have seen is 33 spline ( 95 on)?
I fitted an MQ air locker(early rear) to the front on my GU, had to redrill and crown wheel holes as they are different. so you may have trouble fitting a GQ crown wheel to a MQ center LSD pack.
check the ARB air locker application chart and see the difference in the two bolt up patterns, the MQ use 9 10mm bolts at a 180mm diameter, the GQ use 9 12mm bolts at a 176mm diameter, having said that I have removed a Detroit locker from the front of my GU that had been fitted to a MQ, just had the holes filed out a bit,
