Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hey guys after abit of help, i own a 89 seirra and after abit of a hard wheel it starts to get quite hot and u loose all power, ie will not drive in high range anyone else had this or know what could be causeing it? get really annoying as you have to turn it off and let it cool down before driving again.

Check/replace radiator, thermostat, water pump and hoses.
Check for blown head gasket too. IE: Air bubbles in top radiator tank with engine running.
