Friend of mine had Dueller M/Ts on a 60 series, and I wasn't impressed by them.

People driving on MTZs seem (mostly) happy with them.

Of the two, I'd choose the MTZ.

what prices have you got, I think there will be round 80-100 per tire difference if quoted prices on MTZs are to go by.

well pritty much the maybe father inlaw to be has a massive tyre centre and i can get them at pritty much the same price and and a good price. which is good. The only reason why i ask is that the guy who manages the store whom i quite friendly with said that the dueler will wear alot better then the MTZ. Tell me what is the wear like on the mtz and what pressures do you run for driving on the hard top? cheers fellas

I have 33" MTZ's and am happy with them. As for wear, there was a thread on here a few months ago with people reckoning they were getting anything up to 100 000Ks out of them.

this would depend on driving conditions, tyre pressures, terrain, excessive wheel spin, etc etc

if you drive them on the road and a dirt road, yer youl get 80k ish from them, if you drive them on rock/mud with excessive wheel spin, they'd be farkd in no time.. 20k maybe..

:D

very good info guys, thx alot. Its not like i really care about milage that much, you know im happy with 40 000km on them when i have to change. There a mud tire and they are going to wear more then a AT. But cheers guys helped me out alot. It looks like MTZ it is. The old cruiser should look pritty sweet with them on. I should post some pic as soon as i get it done!

Hence why I said anything up to 100 000Ks. But it's not going to matter what tyre he buys someone will have had a bad experience with it.
