Castlemaine Rod Shop
http://www.rodshop.com.au/

Dellow Auto
http://www.dellowauto.com.au/

These two links meet half of your criteria ("has used a company": both manufacture conversion bellhousings)

Yes, plenty of people here have done conversions, just not the one you are suggesting. I doubt any of the shops listed would have something off the shelf. Its more than likely you'll have to get one made from scratch...at a premium.

I've only used Dellows, no dramas apart from a couple of bellhousing holes and engine mount bracket holese that needed a little elongating to fit.

I'll take that back about Dellow, Jeff Dellow mailed me a catalogue and a hand written letter with all the parts and prices required for my conversion.

he did that for me too. but i didnt get instructions, the bellhousing doesnt space the gearbox back far enough and has clearence issues with the throwout fork. the casting in general isnt the flashest ive seen.

i would have liked the manual gearbox, bellhousing etc BUT the project is now sitting on the back burner until further funds are found

CRS are thieves, do not give them money!

Do not under any circumstance give Castlemain Rod Shop any money, they will rip you off any chance they get, then as they are experts in doing this, they will then tell you it is all your fault as they thought you had a silver nissan not a white nissan, then they will go to ground and be uncontactable even through letters of demand and Dept Fair Trade action.
I personally have been ripped by these crooks, 18 months ago i sent my whole conversion back as not one peice fitted, this was my fault apparently as i am an idiot because i could not fit the Ford Toploader gear that they charged me $1500 for to my 80series/lexus conv????
Anyway they kept the gear and my money and have not been contactable since, even persuing through solicitors etc, which cost even more money on top, not to mention having to go back to the drawing board and manufacture the whole convesion from scratch after already paying for one to start with, even some of the Automotive Engineers that i have been in contact with have said "YEP, thats how they do buisness"!!!

I would be looking for a rangie 5 speed as then youll be able to run the factory transfer (LT230) which has a better low range and as far as im concerned is a better transfer. I know this as I have both. The miss Paj is a v6 with the super select transfer. I cant fault it but i doubt it would stand up to the type of punishment we have given to an LT. Plus then no adapters needed  Ask in the Rover section when you do need one and I am shore a heap will have one.
I play with Autos and in the past have given away 5 speeds.

Edit:
Was just thinking if you are putting this into a Paj with IFS then you need a left hand drop transfer as so to mate to the front diff. :?:
If so then back to original question ;)
