Got a 1997 Troopy. She currently pulls to the left. Was like it when I bought it but I figured when I put the new tyres on I'd get an allignment done...

They reckon they couldnt allign it properly because something is out of line and needs to be replaced. Said the kit would cost around $400 fitted. I can't for the life of me remember what it was they said needed to be done...

Caster bearings or something perhaps.

Anyone know what they might be talking about. Or any other suggestions to try first?

Caster wedges? Kingping/trunnion bearings? Really all there is to adjust is toe-in and caster by way of wedges or cut and turn.. Wedges dont cost $400, but a genuine Toyota swivel hub kit will.. Camber isnt easily adjustable, lets hope you dont have a bent housing..

Im guessing they mean offset bearings to fix the camber in the front end.I have a 94 troopy with the same issue and apparently its quite common with the 75 series and was quoted $360 in wa to fix the problem

yeah probably... so what are offset bearings... are they the swivel bearings but with a different angle to stock?
