if you want to rebuild it $200-400 in redline... ussually $600+ for a low k or 'freshen up'
some of the very riced out ones go for above $1k but they are high rpm knife edge powerbands that guzzle petrol

Theres one on ebay for $999 but its missing the air flow meter. Just priced one thru suzi sport and they are $450 second hand and $1800 new so I don't think its worth it for that price

Is it for a sierra ?
I am not convinced that this is a great motor for a Sierra due to the stuffing about with dizzy adapters.
For $1800 I would be looking at 1.6's or G13BBs (Jimny donk) or similar.

If I were you I'd get a MK2 or 3 GTi motor and not an early MK1, I have the MK1 and you cannot do any of the any mods to them without getting an aftermarket ecu. The MK2/3's can be chipped for easy HP gains and to suit mods like SR20 throttle body and cam changes etc.
If I were made of money I'd get a series 2 and put some midrange cams in it, SR20 throttle body and chip it for 8250 RPM limit, this combo would provide more power than a sierra would ever need.

How hard would it be to put the twin cam head and efi system o the g16a block???

Not that hard but there is a few issues with crank strength doing the swap on a 1324 as opposed to a 1298.

He means G13B head to vitara 1.6 not G13B head to swift 1.3 or sierra 1.3

I was always under the impression that the 1.6 16v head was actually a better head than the GTi unit with better flow velocities at lower RPM and far better suited to a 4wd or daily driver.
The GTi head may be better for overall HP.

There is a bit of a difference between the what you think something is worth and what it costs.
