80 Series seatbelts fit 75 Series ??????

Does anyone know if 80 series front seatbelts are the same as a 75 series?
Mine are stuffed, they no longer retract properly and I can get 80 series one easier than I can get 75 series but not sure if there the same.

The belts are heaps different, don't bother...
