hilux diffs under sierra...

My family have gone sierra mad, we now have 3 in the driveway, just to add to the hilux and the 4runner... (and a 2wd hilux and two hiace's - the work cars...) : 
The latest one we got for $200 off a mate who is moving to QLD, its all pretty good, except for the drive shafts and the gearbox... (dont ask

Want to know how successful hilux diff's can be underneath one of these things. Did a search but couldn't find anything relevant.
