Just a personal experience, i bought a 45 series diff centre for my 60 and the flanges were different and what a prick of a job undoing the pinion nut!

if its from a 1980+ fj45 its the same as a 60 if its earlier you will need to change the pinion or driveshaft flange

Its the same axles and bolt pattern.

May need a tailshaft, but thats dependant on the year.

You can get an adapter, and you cant get flanges that are circular and have both bolt patterns drilled onto them.

Or swap the flange, do it up FT though.... don't want that chit comin off.
