Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I'm going to to turbo my 1hz and I have an option of buying a 2nd hand kit that was put on a truck by mike vines ,its an ausie housing with garrett internals. Can anyone shed any light on it? .I f I dont buy this I'll iook at buying all the bits of ebay
