What is the best way to fix body mount damage?

It looks like a few years of off road work has taken its toll on my rear body mounts.

The blocks are 3 inch as fitted by the previous owner so they will come out asap and be replaced with 2 inch blocks.

I only noticed how bad it was when a mate commented that the body moved around on the chassis when he was behind me. :(

What is the best way to go about fixing the damage?

I need to bend the chassis mounts back to normal somehow and do something about where the bolt goes through on the body.

Any tips?

Straighten mounts or replace, repair floor with plate and lower to 50mm.

Other option is to make a new rear mount that is closer to the floor.

I'm finding even a 50mm body lift is causing problems. Let alone a 75mm. As the chassis twists the lift block amplify the flex. The bigger the body lift the bigger the damage.
I will be removing my body lift and cutting the guards some more.
in your case I would weld a piece of 5mm steel accross the bottom of the body. Shave 5mm of the body block. To give the right lift. Maye add some brace's to the body in the nessasery places.
