Easy mate,
Just fit a WT transfer to your coily.
I'm pretty sure all you need is a transfer and jackshaft.
PM Wellsey, he fitted one to his just before he sold it.

there are no reduction gears that go into a coily transfer because it is chain driven.
you will need to get a transfer case from a leafy sierra, and the gears will go straight in.
i think that a 1L transfer case will give you about 10-15% reduction by its self.
i have had the swap done in my 98 sierra.

Yeah a WT leafy Tcase is the best bet, but you will also need the mounting brackets and jack shaft, as coily ones are different.

also a good time to reinforce the mounting brackets while you are at it.

you can get struts custom built for the front and rear shocks moded to suit your needs. the struts will cost a fair bit though, since no one makes them longer to suit more than a 40mm lift.
