cbc were able to get seals for my 4speed a couple of years ago, but frm memory i had to get sum from nissan, best way is to take ur id od n depth measurements and take that to cbc n they should be able to source for ya, hope that helps

from memory the front one is a standard size - the thickness may vary a mm or two but id and od are std, i think the rear had to come from nissan.

Get some gasket paper and cut em yourself ! ( cheapest option )

everything else from Nissan or a reputable ( large business) bearing supplier.

You need bot Gaskets & Seals when rebuilding an MQ/MK box

Gaskets = cut em

Seals from Nissan or major brearing supplier.
( take the old seals with you when ordering em.... ;) )
