Transfer case compatability- (split case) 1982 BJ42

Hey guys,
I need to replace a few things in my transfer case- I have it apart for a rebuild but some bits are damaged.
I have been trying to find a used T-case to canabalize the parts out of.
I need an output shaft, the low-range gear off the output shaft, and one of the ring shifter gear things (maybe a couple more bits if they are less worn than mine too).
The spline count on the T-case output shaft is 19 (as is the tranny output shaft).
Everything I have been offered or looked at so far has been the older corse spline- also I've been offered a couple of cases with the handbrake on the output shaft. My handbrake goes to my rear wheels.

What else can I use other than a 40 series case of the same vintage? My 40 series contacts have just about run out- and none of the wreckers that do 40 parts have what I need.
Will any of the early 60 or 70 series T-cases have what I need?
Does it need to be from behind a B series engine or anything- or are the cases of the same vintage interchangable?
Btw- I have a 4-speed tranny.

I have also posted this over at MUD but haven't figured it out yet.
Thanks for any advice.

Hans.

(p.s. I put a post in the wanted section, but yes, if anyone missed it and has what I need and wants to get rid of it- let me know).

thanks for the reply Richard, would you be interested in selling off the T-case separately or are you going to try to pair it with the tranny?

If you would sell it seperately, I could... you know... come out and help you get the ball rolling by pulling off the T-case  :D
Let me know if that interests you, and if so, how much you would want for it.
Cheers.
