Hi Forum,

I have noticed some very subtile D1 sliders that follow the sill profile and mounting very neatly.

Anyone had any experience with these?

Who sells these in Australia?

I would hold back placing orders with Scorpion Racing, IMO. There are few rumors going round in UK forums about going bust or not. cheers m

You could try rovacraft as an australian importer. They have the extreme kit in stock and may have the sliders also. they have shops in WA, Vic & NSW.

ScrapIron?? Is it that bad? lol

Any comments from people who have it fitted?

I was looking at their 'Evolution kit' and the Rock Sliders?

I will give the guys at their Mascot location a call this week?

Cheers

Try equipe 4x4, similar set ups and from what I hear the scorpion racing gear is a cheaper knock off of their stuff. Pretty pricey but looks fairly hardcore. You could also look for equipe on youtube to get an idea of how their stuff gets treated. I'm contemplating the extreme kit :D provided i dont plan on buying a house anytime soon

Youve hit the nail on tha head with that comment about scrapiron being a cheaper knock off of equipe .....

I make similar stuff to the equipe gear rear arms track rods and the like and the prices are good and the quality is right up there with all the name brand stuff .....

If you care to read prevoius posts you will see that it was stated that one was a copy of another so that should sorta answer ya question and like defmec said look after the local guys before the poms hay :D :D :D

For you UK types, I just read on a UK LR Forum that Scorpion Racing has gone under

They were one of the big alternative LR suppliers, although not everyone liked them (polite understatement....) and some would say it is Karma!
