Col Robinson steering at kedron can rebuild the power steer pump.
just putting a new seal won't fix the problem as there is probably a groove in the shaft from the old seal.
another avenue is to contact turner driveshafts as they do replacement pumps.

yes i have put a seal kit though a 80 steering box and i suggest if you are not mechanically minded, that it is in your best interest not to do it yourself. not hard to do, but easy to get wrong if you know what i mean. If you dismantle it wrong you may lose the balls from inside the box. also they are fun to put back in.

I have not had much luck with Col Robinson, so be careful.

I did the pump seals and box seals myself with not to many problems, yes the balls are fun.

i did it myself not long ago not hard just very time consuming and fidley.
i found a hose clamp worked well to compress the teflon rings, as i couldnt find a piston rimg compressor small enough to shrink them back down,
oh yeah and dont drop the balls

The balls escape no matter what.

There is a 60 series box rebuild thread on pirate. They are very similar, follow the pics and you'll be sweet.

You will need tools...tools tools tools...a press for the sector shaft, various std spanners and screwdrivers, and then some good deductive skills....
Itsa great adventure thats for sure :)
