Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Looking at buying / building a roll bender.

only want it for 1 1/2" tube.

Are the dies machined to suit the tube exactly or slightly different like a jd die?

If I do build one I will laser cut the plates, have the dies made etc.

3 dimensional bends would be hard to do on this setup especially if they were close together
