i fitted a driveshaft spacer to the front of the zook on the Tcase end.
now i am having problem with the unis hitting the crossmember. i could put the spacer on the other end of the drive shaft but i have lots of droop on the suspention and worryed the shaft will hit the crossmember. has anyone got any info to get around that?
i am thinking of just cutting the bit where the shaft is hitting and stiffening it up with some 3mm flat bar.
pics

main reason its hitting at the moment is because the Tcase is vibrating realy bad i think because of a lose output (see other thread) but it is still very close

low range sells a high clearance one, it will need some fab work though

if you have a body lift, you could lift the x-fer case to provide some clearance around that cross member. this would also mean that you are less likely to sit the car on the x-fer when climbing over a log / step etc.

Don't band aid fix things though. Downtravel means you'll possibly need to create clearance around the crossmember. Don't create clearance just because of the vibration. Fix the transfer first. Then, either lift the case, or run a gearbox crossmember that gives more shaft clearance.

They aren't great pics, but it has been trimmed along the edge, and reinforced across the bottom. Pretty strong, I have rubbed it a bit...
