Hi
Have any one some instructions and pictures were the oil and water-feed and return from the turbo Garret GT28rs in to the engine.
Hi mount turbo (Turboglide).
TD42-96 vacuum pump is not on the rear of alternator.

Hi what we did on mine was removed the sump welded a piece of tube onto the side and turbo oil return feeds directly into that back into the sump .Cheers

Search and you will find my friend.....
Some good stuff in here....

There is a reference to a hex type bung infront of the passenger side engine mount in the thread below - thats your feed point. Straight from a main gallery.

For drainage, depending on the hight of your turbo (high/mid/low mount), you can either tap into the vac pumps drain line, or bronze a barbed fitting onto your sump (which is what i preffer to do).

Oil pick up is from exhaust side of the block, inbetween the engine mount bracket, thread is 1/8BSPT. For oil drain, as yours is highmount, and regardless of the vacuum pump on the Alt or not, the drain plug into the block would still be there, I think it would be a 3/8BSPT thread into the block but not 100% on that.
Water pick up is from the thermostat housing, where the heater hose comes from, there is a nice little bit of unmachined flat surface on the housing, i'd recommend drilling and tapping it to 3/8BSPT and put a fitting in there, I didn't do this and regret it as it makes it look a little messy. Coolant drain is into the drain plug at the rear of the block, under the exhaust port, it's a 3/8BSPT thread into the block.
have fun.
cheers

So there is actually a proper oil drain point? Where abouts is it located? Most of the jobs i've seen have put a "Y" piece in off the alternator vac pump drain, oil bronzed a fitting into the side of the sump.
Cheers!!
PS. I'm getting all of my crap together before putting my car off the road as i need it for work. I'll probably take two days off before xmas to install my turbo as i've developed a frikkin manifold leak over the weekend just gone.

It's the oil drain for the alternator vacuum pump, should be just behind and maybe a bit lower than the back of the alternator.
I welded a drain into my sump also but thats coz i have the same Low mount manifold as you, but for a high mount (like the turbo glide one Stefan has) the alternator drain one is low enough to use.

my turboglide kit came with fittings to tee the water lines into your heater hoses where they run alongside your rocker cover and also fittings to fit your oil return into the side of your block as OONDY explained

Tried asking Turboglide themselves?

yeah, turboglide manifolds are high mount, thats some of the reason why their kits are popular, you don't have to take the sump off to fit the oil drain, same with Denco kits also.
