yes of course they but they are 15 x 7s which are heavily dished. Nothing to say that the ones in the pic weren't as well. Just pointing out that perhaps they were also custom ones and that it is very hard to judge if the rim is a 7 or 8 from that pic

I had 235/75's on 15X8's for a while and the rims and tyres looked alot like that. Judging by the way the sidewall bulges (or doesn't) I'd say they are 15X8.
But what is the point in asking if you don't have the rims anymore? And as mentioned they should have a width number followed by jj on the inside of them probably. ie: 8jj

So that i can go and order the same combo from the tyre shop.
I tend to get the shits at tyre shops they all seem to know everything about tyres but go to a different store and they will tell you the complete oposite. I get sick of the "ah that will never fit or coopers are the best tyre on the market".

Na as much as I would love too i work in sydney now so that means at least 100ks each way a day. Im just going to give it slightly biger tyres but wide rims so its nice a fat.
Im into shooting now so i cant afford to have a 4wd that isnt good over long distance.
One day i will be back but at this stage i just cant afford it.

im running 235x75r15s maxxis treps on a 15x8 rim with -24mm offset. depends on the tire but generally 1" larger or smaller in rim width should be ok. have look at the specs of the tires and it should tell you what size rims it can run on.

Well i just ordered a set of maxxis bighorn 235/75/15 on -23 offset 5x 139.7 15x8s. The tyres are $190 each and the rims are $56.80. Thanks for all the help guys.

Just a word of warning, when I had 235/75's on 15X8's they didn't like to hold air well much below road pressures. Once they went flat over night as the bead didn't seal well cause of rocks etc in the bead but this wasn't a problem on smaller rims. And when they are flat they fall off the bead and are a bit of a pita to re-seat.
So you may have to have a bumpy ride shooting with road tyre pressures.

i have heard of that happening, but i havent had any problems. i only ever have to air down to about 15 psi, and they hold well. i also have tire levers and a compresor just incase

No worries then
my tyres were well used before fitting them to 8 inch rims hence the rocks and crud in the bead causing dramas I think.
